I attended a unique workshop today for Children and Teen teachers and here are my summaries that I believe will be beneficial to you all.
This decade is not the going to favour children and Teen teachers who are simply motivational speakers. No growth will be recorded by them because of low change.
You will have to work hand-in-hand with the Holy spirit in birthing God-driven teens. We have to be conscious of God's word per time and the world cultures that vye with the attention of these kids.
It will be a decade where we have to contend with mental illness cases that are transported in form of Liberal ideas
Ah!
Truth be told, we will have to grapple with the spirit of mediocrity that pushes these kids into vision-less living. We will have to fight greater depression within kids (brought on by more fad lifestyles/cultures that have been proven to be destructive)
We will have to help them fight against the seductive allure of hard drugs, which will appeal to them more in this age of increased Cyberbullying. We have to be ready to help them wade through the stream of shame and bitterness in this era where their social media acts may lead them down the road of pain. We have to be patient.

We teachers will have to contend with more traumatic kids with identity crisis. We have to engage with parents whose time with their kids will be more reduced due to their pull at work and declining economy.
We have to adopt more creative strategies to capture the attention of these ones, especially since they are being conditioned by the 7-seconds swiping culture.
We have to push back old devils masquerading in new ideologies, old cults masquerading as reformed clubs, and the likes.
Yes.
We will have to be extra careful so we do not jettison established traditions in the spirit of political correctness: traditions that will anchor them to the truth and God.
We will need to help them reach the cross of redemption at Golgotha and inform them to now down to the lamb of God for true strenght.
Work full ground oo.
Asin, work bokun for ground and we need roll up our sleeves begin work. If you nor ready eh, shift commot make we see who dey our side abeg
