The Bench is only being diplomatic they want to observe the developments in APC whether events would defeat the purpose of appeal. They don't understand the body language of Mr president which is bad anyways. If I were Mr president I would resolve that issue out of court. Judiciary is playing too much roles on the partisan political processes.
