The fate of the chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is hanging in the balance as the court of appeal has failed to hear his appeal against the ruling of the FCT High Court which sacked him from office.

Two factions of the party had stormed the court to witness the hearing but the court refused to hear the case.

The clerk of the court on Monday announced that the case will no longer go on as there is no panel to sit on the case.
