The National open university of Nigeria has postponed its 9th convocation ceremony indefinitely coronavirus cries. in a memo which was signed by the registrar Mr. Felix Edoka yesterday 16th march 2020 said that the postponement was approved by the Senate and ratified by the governing board of the institution. |
