It is obvious u re ignorant with Cotonou development. I mentioned dat i bought when the exchange rate was N330 and Golf 2, is highly in demand, cos of its commercial use. I dont know how u intend to buy a Golf 3 for N400k if not that u want to mislead ur would be clients.

Certainly, 400k would get u a clean golf 3 from Cotonou, no doubt. Even in Maiduguri where cars are relatively expensive, you'll get a golf 3 from 450k to 550k depending on the market.
