The Royole Flexpai was the first foldable phone on the market. Launched in 2018, it beat Samsung and Huawei to be first. Now, the device was supposed to get a successor at the MWC 2020. However, with the cancellation of the event, there was a need for a new date. The Royole Flexpai 2 will now launch on March 25, 2020. Liu Zihong, the company CEO disclosed this to Chinese media. According to reports, the Royole Flexpai 2 will use the Snapdragon 865 chipset with a 5G modem. The phone may actually be the most powerful foldable phone on the market if it launches outside China. At the time of the launch of the first Royole Flexpai, it was the “first foldable smartphone in the world”. However, it was not exactly a pretty device.
