The cost of education in the United States of America, Canada and Europe is comparably higher than what is obtainable in Nigeria. But with that, countries like Germany, Norway, and host of others have decided to grant free university education, not only to their citizens, but to international students as well.

1. Norway
Masters degree has been free for quite a while in Norway, and this trend continues for the 2020/2021 academic year. No administrative fee would be charge as long as you take account of health insurance and living cost. Norway is one of the welcoming destinations for Nigerians. It's relatively free of racism.

2.Germany
Except for universities in the state of Baden-Wuerttemburg, public universities run a tuition free program for masters students from Nigeria. Germany has the most robost economy of all EU member states. It's definitely a destination to consider as a Nigeria.
