1) In the morning before leaving for work or anywhere. Use warm water with SALT or VINEGAR to rinse or gaggle your mouth

2) After touching money, door knobs, or even shaking hands with others and before you eat your food. Wash your hands or at least apply sanitizer.
Don't worry if package sanitizer à store is expensive, just use SALT and water to clean your hands.

As much as possible avoid touching your face especially nostrils and mouth.

3). Repeat number 1 again before you sleep or anytime you return home.

Note that the major reason why SALT solution or brine. is used here is because of the chlorine content

Virus especially convid-19 cannot survive where chlorine exist

Again, the entry point and route of spreading is mouth and nostrils. The virus remain on the throat for 4 days before moving to the lung and symptoms appear.

Prevention is better than cure. Salt is NaCl + water H2O will give you a strong acid Hydrochloric acid and a strong base Sodium hydroxide.

No virus can survive any of these.
