Just an expo but not for everybody, go and get enough food stuff, refill your gas cylinder, eat more fruit, don't do away with the Africa in you, if their is neem tree around you, you know what to do with the leaves na. Scent leaf, bitter cola etc. The good thing about the last few items i mention is that they are not harmful to your body.
