Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Emeka Kalu has enjoined all Nigerians to join hands and battle the menace of COVID-19 as it threatens to ravage the world.

Kalu said this while advising the gene public on his Facebook page.

His words “We must think outside the box to curtail COVID-19.

“The Federal Government should provide palliative measures in all the 774 LGAs.

“Hand sanitizers, water and electricity bills should be subsidized for all Nigerians.

“The National Orientation Agency should be fully funded alongside the NCDC to educate our people using our local languages.

“Retired nurses and doctors can as well assist those in active service with their experience to combat this epidemic.

“We all have a role to play- remember to wash your hands regularly” .
