Elderly has been bombarded with variety of solutions and precautions for Coronavirus.

What can YOU do for yourself?

The simple thing to watch out for is your nose and mouth apart from washing your hands to prevent infection to all parts of your face.

Brushing your mouth two or three times a day after every meal is one of the preventions. Dentists have been warning us for years regarding the "fights" between the cause of ulcers - bacteria or virus.

Keeping your throat moist with water by sipping it continually and if you feel any irritation, gurgle with salt water or bitter leaves water, ginger water or lemon water continually.

Simple daily habits that will cost you money you do not have, friends and families trying to take care of themselves or drugs that may interact with prescriptions can be imposing.

Remember, even Italians have to make a choice between Elderly and young people.

Take care of yourself, do not wait until others struggling to take care of themselves, have the time for you.

Elderly, they are safer in Nigeria than Southern United States and Italy.
