But regardless of where you buy your animal, you should pay attention to the following: A dog needs to be identified (chipped) and registered (listed in the database DogID), Check your local requirement. A horse must be identified (chipped) and registered (listed in the database).Check your local requirement. A cat must be identified (chipped) and spayed or neutered as well.
