post=87683482: Na who be this "We" eeh ? na group una be? By the way, welcome back, where have you been? I hope you came back changed And I noticed you remember that word irritant Back to the topic, As far as this will help to reduce the killings of farmers by Herdsmen, then it's a welcome idea. Gandollar may have his faults, but he seems to be on point with this? But how do you make sure this money will not end up in private pockets, thereby frustrating the herdsmen and leaving them with no option but to go back to the status quo? |

Who will pay? FG (through NGR oil funds), State government or from the profits submited by RUGA? Will Ruga be a state government-owned business or will it belong to one man? Is this investment of any benefits to the Hausa's in Kano? |

I think $95m is too much for that project. We like to waste money on one thing and neglect several others. Although, the article didn't specify land size. I think land, grass, mesh fence, water supply will be ok for our herdsmen who are literally "homeless". I will achieve those with less than $10m. That minimal should be good to relocate them first. They will use the herdsmen as free labour for any other future development like schools, structures, and so on. Since they won't be paying rent, they should be happy to volunteer. If they build that place by themselves, there will be a sense of ownership and they will manage the properties better. |

Whatever it takes to promote fulani culture and makes life better for them even at the expense of others is a major priority of this government and its cronies. As long as Ruga stays where it belongs,I have no issue. Well done sir ! |

White elephant project to hand over land and steal public funds. They are mortgaging the pockets of future generation s by taking huge loans and this shit is what they are planning to spend money naija doesn't have on? |
