In this case the Nigerian govt and her citizens are to blame. When the virus just broke out Nig twitter were playing and cracking jokes about it...only a few persons were asking ant the level of preparedness on the part of govt---airports,borders etc The Ebola reign never taught Nigeria a lesson, I can see.
