Hi, why don't you google catering schools in Lagos and go through their websites? There are up to ten Catering schools in Lagos. What exactly do you want to learn? Is it Cake Making? Making Snacks or Cooking all kinds of dishes? Preparing Intercontinental dishes etc. Do you want to train to be a Chef and work in hotels as a Sous Chef or Head Chef? The best bet is to do the search yourself via Google and visit their offices after this Coronavirus has been eliminated. Cheers.
