The footballer with the highest number of trophies have been revealed.

The trophy list was compiled and released by a football statistics site.

Unexpectedly, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo did not top the list.

Rather, an underrated Dani Alves grabbed the first spot with a total of 40 titles in the whole of his playing career.

Messi is tied in the third position with ex-Manchester United player, Ryan Giggs and would clearly move up this season.

On his part, Ronaldo is on the 11th position, one slot below his new rival, Zlatan Ibrahomiv, who recently signed for AC Milan.

Where is dani alves as we speak, but i dont see messi ovetaking that no 1 spot he might move a little further , but i see the goat coming through 11 maybe in the top 5 spot.Mind you being on the 1 number spot does not make you the goat .Trophy are won as collective effort

Name the trophies that were won. Trophies ooo, not all those mediocre cups and plates with spoons ooo. World cup, Champions League, Europa League, Nations League, EURO, Super Cup, Leagues, League cups, etc. Not those five-aside cups.
