A new virus known as HANTAVIRUS has been detected in YUNNAN province of China. Unlike the corona virus, this virus is not airborn and cannot be transmitted from person to person. It is contacted when a person touches his/her mouth, nose or eyes after coming in contact with rodents urine, droppings or pesting materials. Currently it has killed a man in China and scientists are now studying the virus.
