All public medical facilities and government hospitals in Lagos are over-crowded and under equipped! You already have shortages of ICUs, having more especially at a time like this is a no brainer. When else would it be needed if not for situations like this. Is it when the world ends you will need it?

I was telling someone yesterday that the number of confirmed cases we have is much lower than those that have it already. Some people have it but they don't know yet, while there are some that have it but are not reporting it.
