The family of the late Engr. Suleiman Achimugwu who happened to be the first recorded death in Nigeria by the Corona Virus (Covid-19) has cried out to the public for help as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC turns back at them.

According to reports, the late Suleiman family have been behind closed doors since the death of their father no one is taking them for medication or attending to their needs, especially the other family, Late NNPC Boss married two wives maintaining two compounds, OBSERVERS TIMES gathered that one of his wives has already been taken to isolation by NCDC, leaving the other compound yet unattended to .

The family who lamented over their current condition said they are no longer safe as some of them have started showing symptoms of the virus. “It’s getting unhygienic and we don’t know what to do about it. Someone needs to help them come, the NCDC has refused to even take blood sampling of each and every one of them for test and they are all locked up in one place," a family relative stated.

The Observers Times gathered that Suleiman's Personal Assistant and his children are abandoned to their fate with his PA now coughing seriously.

Former PPMC Boss died of COVID 19 on 22/03/2020 some days after he arrived in Nigeria from the UK. He was in self-isolation upon his return from the UK and personally called NCDC after experiencing some discomfort that are related to COVID 19 symptoms.

He tested positive and was promptly evacuated to the specialist hospital. He died while receiving treatment.

The family has appeal to the Nigeria Government and other authorities to come to their aid. They also urge the government not to concentrate on the very important personalities alone as all Nigerians have right to life.

These Center for Disease Control are either not ready or overwhelmed.

Their telephone service is extremely poor and the reps are very uncultured.

This is what you get when you employ personnel based on man know man and not competence.
