Entrepreneurial & Business skills training is the bedrock of the entrepreneurship development programme (EDP). It exposes participants to the knowledge required to start up and run a successful venture.

(Objective: Participants will be able to Understand the importance of record keeping, the various books for record purposes and the basic Principles of Accounting.)

Module 3: Customer Loyalty
(Objectives: Participants should Outline the values of customer service, Tips for building customer loyalty, Understand what is Customer Care ,Outline key test for customer service relationship)

Objectives: Workshop participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to:
a) Explain the fundamental concepts of a production system;
b) Apply a SWOT analysis of a production system;
c) Apply quality control measures to improve customer satisfaction;
d) Apply cost reduction techniques; and
e) Apply productivity improvement techniques.

Module five: Organization and Management
Objectives: Workshop participants will be able to:
a) Design and plan the structure of their future business.
Workshop participants will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to develop an organizational & Management plan for a small business.

Module six: Total Quality Management and Control
Objectives:
 To explain to participants the concept and meaning of Total Quality Management (TQM)
 To explain the tools of TQM to participants
 To help participants know the role of TQM in services
To highlight International Quality Standards to participants
