Getting a Job is not always an easy task. Even if you are qualified, there is no guarantee of getting an employment; if you do not approach your job search the right way and have a vision of the kind of job you want. Below, we outline tips on how to, not just only improve your chances of getting a job but getting the kind of job you love. - www.wishdesque.com

TIPS:

First you have to choose the kind of job you want
(even if you are not fully qualified for it yet).

Think about factors you find appealing about the job, for instance, the pay offer or perhaps the self-development potential in it etc.

Next, you then seek to acquire the requisite skills for the job.

Find trainers, online tutorials to build up your capabilities in preparation
(Note: On wishdesque.com we have registered tutors and trainers for different skills and vocational training. All you need is to send us a message and request for a private tutor on this site in the client link in the menu above). When confident about your capabilities then start sending out your job applications.

Tell friends about the type of jobs you want.

Let as many people know as possible about your job search and the fact that you are currently looking for a job you can do.

Relocate if necessary

Be willing to move totally from your current place of residence to a different place entirely e.g like cites or suburbs with high activities. you are more likely to find job offers or network with the necessary people.

Start small.

Based on your skills, you can take junior positions while preparing for the bigger fish. Do not apply only for top/competitive jobs you are likely not to get. Most times it is advisable taking lesser role jobs and using it as a starting ground, it helps you gain experience and have a better idea of what you want. Helps also boost your CV and confidence during future interviews when you eventually go for higher positions.

Visit Job agencies and pay for their services.

People who have little money often get jobs faster going to job agencies who charge a certain amount for a guaranteed job offer.

Write a better CV and cover letters.
State solutions you can offer and experience you can bring to the table.

Stay updated. Visit job sites, register and also search for jobs on social sites and make comments stating your interest.

Finally, it is also important to know that you can also be self-employed through freelancing or hiring more professional hands for services.

Now that’s it on the tips. Have any questions or contributions to this topic? Then please you should comment below.
