As a fallout of the global outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, all may not be well with the Conglomeration of Healthcare Professionals in Akwa Ibom State, as the body have expressed utter and complete disappointment in the leadership of Dr. Dominic Ukpong, the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner of Health.

In a communiqué issued by the body at the end of their meeting in Uyo on Friday, the 27th of March 2020, the association which comprises of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Association of Medical Laboratory Scientist of Nigeria (AMLSN), National Association of Nigerian Nurses/Midwives (NANNM) and the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) was full of praise on the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State for his efforts in preparing Akwa Ibom State and her citizens to tackle the ravaging COVID-19 virus....
