Nice one but it's still Lagos state officials that will pack everything then probably give out to 20 people and take pictures with them making the public believe it was distributed.

Unfortunately, those who need the supposed economic stimulus the most have been without shelter for decades. No one saw them. No one cared.

They had and have nothing to cook with!

For them it has been an unyielding epidemic situation.

Sincerely, it is time for all tiers of Government to really rethink.

Nb:
As a short term palliative, LASG should cook the meals and effectively distribute to the homeless. They know where they are. They should orientate them about COVID-19 and all they need to know; especially, staying away from the RICH!!!

Most of these people in this category have heard nothing, know nothing because they have no one, no access to devices nor the media....

Nb2:
As a long term palliative, the pandemic just has to be stopped or curbed and everyone and everything returned to normalcy. Immediate collaboration with entities working astutely on swift testing kits and vaccines is strongly advised.

There is no supporting data to identify who needs the economic stimulus the most. It may be shocking when the it comes to fore that majority/most of the working populace have zero savings and can barely survive without the next month’s pay. The impact may be significantly devastating.

Hunger may drive everyone back to the streets. Survival barely knows Social Distancing; the effect thereafter is not to be desired.

Above all lessons should be learnt from the events of the day; post mortem conducted. Nigeria and Africa can no longer remain passive!

.
Both LASG and NCDC are doing more of sugarcoated propaganda than the actual work.
They are more interested in playing politics and impressing the outside world.

I was at one of the so-called fumigation sites conducted by the LASG. They were far more journalists
and cameramen but just one or two men doing the fumigation

See, this country has a long way to go
