The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has 8/12GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage space available. The Huawei P40 Pro has 8GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of storage space available.
Camera
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has a quad rear camera setup with 108MP(main), 20MP(ultrawide), 12MP(portrait) and 8MP(telephoto) sensors. It can record 8K at 30fps and 4K at 30/60fps While the Huawei P40 Pro has a quad rear camera setup with 50MP(wide), 12MP(telephoto), 40MP(ultrawide) and 3D TOF sensors. The rear camera can record 4K UHD at 30/60fps.
On the front, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has a 20MP selfie camera in the punch hole notch which record Full HD at 30fps while the Huawei P40 Pro has 32MP dual selfie camera in the punch hole notch which record 4K at 30/60fps.
Battery and Charging
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is backed by a non removable Li-Po 4500mAh battery with 50W fast charge via USB type C port, 30W fast wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging while the Huawei P40 Pro is backed by a non removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery. As for charging, you have the Huawei 40W Super Charge through the USB type C port and the 27W wireless fast charging and 27W fast wireless reverse charging.
Network and Connectivity
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has 5G and 4G LTE network in it for downloading and surfing the web. It has Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 6, NFC, GPS and infrared port, The Huawei P40 Pro also has 5G and 4G LTE network in it for downloading and surfing the web. It has Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 6, NFC, GPS and infrared port.
Security and Others
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has an in display fingerprint sensor and face unlock, The Huawei P40 Pro also has an in display fingerprint and infrared face recognition. Both phones lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack on them.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. The Huawei P40 Pro runs on EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10.

but in a country like our's with that constant epileptic power supply, the OLED Would be a better choice,

it would supprise you to see that the 4200mah on the P40 charges more faster and would definitely last longer than the 4500mah on the MI 10 Pro (and dont argue that)

because organic light emitting diodes saves more energy (it requires less energy drain actually) you cant say same for active matrix emitting diode.
