We are in search of a competent and experienced Mechanical Maintainance Manager with minimum of 12-15 years hand on experience. The person should have worked in a gas turbine generator environment. He will head a team of mechanical maintenance personnels in a large multinational firm. why is it that our company don't have plans to train young engineers to take over from these old men with there experience |

this does not encourage the youths in anyway, im an engr a well trained mechanical engr, im not scared of any kind of engine, be it 2 stroke or 4 stroke, i can lead the team of trainee with full confidence, how can i get the experience when im not connected 2 work.
