What do you think of the incoming redmi 9 from xiaomi?
Mtk helio g80 is expected to be the chipset powering it. Already better than alot of devices from "you know which" company, even better than the newly launched "you know which 9, which S5s and 15s" yet the redmi 9 is only having its first ever image leak.

paying over 50k for Helio P22 and A25 grin

paying Over 45k for Helio A22 grin

confirmed, it's mtk G80 not G70.

Honestly. Yes. But I would be amazed if it manages to fall in the same price bracket as the redmi 8.

That price though. The Lazada listing in Philippines is $140 for 3/32GB and $150 for 4/64GB, so 58k for the max variant. Some AE sellers are trying to cash in on launch hype. We'll have to wait for the launch though to get the official retail price.

On Pointek, one Premier device by an OEM with T as it's initial is being sold for 106K... grin

Seems likely to fall in the same price range as the redmi 8. On a preorder basis as of now, but aliexpress has it for 61k 3/32, the redmi 8 is retailing for 55k 4/64.

I amazed that the redmi 9 according to aliexpress will have NFC.
