We are starting from, renovation, conversion and letting/build and letting under the arrangement of Long lease, we build/renovate, administer the rent and return back to the owner at the expiration of the lease period.

Presently we have some Landed properties at Palmgrove, Onipanu,Obanikoro, Anthony, Shomolu, Yaba and Ketu that, are viable to either build or renovate and we are to administer the rent and return back to the original owner at the expiration of the lease agreement.
We assure all the prospective partners that the administration of the investment fund shall be subject to proper administration of all the partner and under a strict transparency.
And in all, we are going to recoup the cost of renovation or cost of the construction and have a wonderful return on our investment
