Ogun State has converted one of the Model Schools constructed by the previous administration into an isolation center.

Obviously the mansion donated by the former president isn't chosen probably because it is located in a residential area.

The prime choice would have been the nearly completed hospital at Oke-Mosan that was started by the previous administration too and was nearing completion. It was rumored to have 10 ventilators.

But whatever the case, this is tagged 'Isolation Center 1' as more might still come. It seems the state is waking up for the battle against the novel virus.

Why are people commending this inefficient governor. The virus started in Ogun State but it took the Ogun State government another one month to unveil an isolation centre. If the state was not close to Lagos, it would have been a disaster. Now it's time for lock down, he said they were not ready that they wanted to provide food for the citizens. What has he been doing the past one month. Enjoying the state proximity to Lagos I guess.
