The President of the Human Rights, Justice and Peace foundation (HRJPF) Comrade Chidi Nwosu was killed in the early hours of Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in his home town. A family source revealed that Comrade Chidi Nwosu was trailed into his house by armed men at about 1 am and shot dead. The assailants locked up his 5 year old daughter and wife in the toilet before taking on the 39 year old human rights activist.
