good day everyone , I need clerification regarding charges when withdrawing from POS, particularly first BANK POS.
one of my neighbour operate a first bank POS business. Any time I withdraw money, after paying he the transaction charge fee in CASH, I still get debited the charges in my account and he is telling me it is a usual thing with first bank POS. This have happen several time, wish to know if this is true, because I have use other POS before , once I instruct the POS operator that I will pay the charges in cash, I will not get debited for the transaction fee charges
