The Ondo State government through the State Ministry of Education in partnership with the State-owned media platforms (OSRCTv, Orange94.5Fm and Alalaye 96.5fm) is set to teach Pupils in the state through TV and Radio stations over the Coronavirus.

The move was to remedy the loss of time as school activities are suspended due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

The Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN made this known via his twitter account.

In his tweet: "I am happy to announce that @osrctvondo @Orange945FM in partnership with the Min. of Education have announced their Education Programming schedule for our kids that are affected by #Covid19. A primary school schedule is also in the works. #DevelopOndo"

This move will stop parents from taking their wards to private tutorial centres during the period of school closure, so as to curb the spread of Coronavirus.
