Good...

We all know Schneider Electric is trying to buy DISCOs. This may mean they started paying.

Remember where Abba Kyari got it from and why he was there?

Schneider electric is not buying any DISCO
Currently.
No Disco is as cheap as N2.2 bn even for a bribe that's a steal.

All DISCOs are owned by local companies with foreign technical partners (not owners). The Federal government still has a sizable stake in them DISCOs.

My own question to us Nigerians is, I suppose some of us have been clamouring for "Taxing Churches". isn't it the same government that gets those tax money, if we are comfortable having the government take those taxes why then are we NOT okay with the Fed taking these "little" aids.

Nigeria. Always begging foreigners for money after squandering our own funds on “executive expenses”. Disgraceful.

Those money-eating demons will still swallow the money. No be Nigerian government?
Exactly on point. Before the money is dropped through the Apex bank, it will vanish through those agencies saddled with the responsibilities of disbursing to the poor. Snakes as usual, will swallow the money. Nobi Nigeria with our wicked leaders? That is why the virus is after them.

Are these donors daft or simply ignorant of the heartless and wicked politician we have? Why can't they donate instruments worth of the money instead.

I am sure just #2k out of this 2 billlion will not reach the common man, they will swallow it all.

Even if they donate instruments they will soon end up in the markets.

I have seen mosquito nets that were donated by USAID being sold in markets.

If the Germans will do well, they will use the money to ship (10kg of packed rice) to Nigeria. Nigerians will appreciate that more than given it to this un-trusted government.

sad

All these countries and individuals donating money to Nigeria Government.
Don't they know the kind of corrupt people we have over there? Why not try to partner with maybe the CBN to get the database of all adult citizens through their BVN and then send something to each person.
We know the Government will still find a way to loot but at all at all, even if na 5k reach every person..it's better .

Some highly placed Nigerians will be licking their lips while reading this news.

More money to loot.
More properties to be bought in Dubai
More hotels to be built
Many people will soon cashout.

Is there no better way in sending these relief items to get to the average Nigerian.
why blame Nigerians if I may ask?
