On this part is another smart estate where landlords are allowed to build their choice of structures. However, note that buildings like face-to-face, skyscrapers, factories are not allowed.

A full plot is 660 SQM which goes for N20M and can be spread for 6 months. For 12 months spread, it's N21M. Outright payment is N19M.

For a half plot: 330 SQM which goes for N10M and can be spread for 6 months. For 12 months spread, it's N10.5M. Outright payment is N9.5M

495 SQM goes for N15M and can be spread for 6 months. For 12 months spread, it's N15,750,000. Outright payment is N14,250,000.
