This may sounds funny but it is true .... After getting an trusted expert to inspect the car for you,check the car's safe and boot to see if there are some old changed components in them. This will go a long way in telling you the many things about the car . My experience: I bought on golf 3 some months ago, inside the car safe are used brake pads. On getting home to further inspect and do some minor works on the car, I noticed the whole braking system has been modified (imagine facing the highway with the car) ... Recently, I got a 2005 Toyota corolla, inside the safe is fuel pump and some spoit power steering belt in the boot and ever since I have bn facing the two problems with the car

I went to inspect a 09 ES 350 yesterday. As usual the ad said almost like toks, nothing to fix, buy and drive. It was selling for 2.850 and the toks goes around 4.5.
When I saw the car in real life I shock! It’s a typical example of what I ordered vs what I got.

Their where soo many things to fix, from the car dashboard to seats to AC to broken taillights to bonnet. The wheels are not the original once’s and I will have to buy a new set. The car have been repainted and the paint job wasn’t good at all.

I just got angry and left! I rather hold on till I have more money than buy a Nigerian used! Nigerians have terrible maintenance culture, a typical Nigerian will use a phone from year to year and never for once clean it or wash the pack! Yet you touch it everyday!

There are still good Nigerian used cars. I bought this Nigerian used Honda civic for a client three days ago and it is exactly toks standard.
