Which is stoopid on their part considering all the blood they get on their hands from their incompetent misrule, their looting of funds meant for health sector thus aiding health-complication related deaths at rural levels and many other collateral damages to lives & properties they cause through their other high-handedness.

Justice has served these animals their due Karma, it'd be better they as Governors do the needful and let them swing from noose soonest. tongue

Some chemicals can be applied through contact with the skin. If they rubbed something and use it to touch her skin, within a few mins, her skin will absorb it and it will take effect. Its just to know what herbs to mix.
