The PDP in a statement, said the reduction of the pump price of fuel by N1.50k was further display of alleged cruelty and insensitivity by the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government to the plight of Nigerians.

It insisted that owing to the slump in the price of crude oil in the international market, fuel should be sold for N90 per liter and challenged the Federal Government and the ruling party to explain how they arrived at N123.5....https://naijaodds.com/2020/04/03/fuel-pdp-rejects-n123-5-insists-on-n90-per-liter/

It's baffling, with the price of crude oil at almost $15 per barrel, Nigerian government still deemed it right to slash the price of PMS by N1.50.
Meaning if a barrel of crude oil should drop by $10 to maybe $5 per barrel, the new price adjustment in Nigeria will be N122.50 per litre. That's minus N1. God help Nigeria

This Govt are too deceptive, my brother's in several other countries told me fuel pump price really went down below 45-50%. Here they are removing #1.5.
Pump price should be #94.5 atleast
