Before I start anything I will like to say Merry Chritmas and Happy new New!

In our today world the word STRESS is as common as bread and butter, hardly will you see someone that is free from stress.

Although it is impossible to be stress free but it can be prevented.

So below are some tips on how you can be stressless

1. Listen to music
2. Avoid things that give you stress
3. Drink a cup of green tea in the morning
4. Exercise Regularly
5. Eat Healthy
6. Practice Relaxation
7. Avoid High volume Music
