Less than a million nd if they can do a year,it wud be nice

@chante bas.in order for you not to encounter heartbreak and serious wasting of your time,here is what;less than 1m for 2bed flat at Oniru is only possible in those bungalow's in front of the Oba's palace,last I know which is last friday,2bed flat,850-950 and 1.2m and read this well and hard,they never accept 1 year here,never.no matter how you or your agent plead unless you are a relation of one of the familie's there.

I have a 2bed flat at phase 1 just after chicken republic to your right for 1.2m,it come's with running water,security,cleaner and gen in a serene area.
Service charge:20k per month.this is the only flat at phase 1 that accept 1 year rent.
Agency/legal fee:10% each.applicable to all listed apartment's here.

I also have a clean single room near BIS and the palm's shopping centre,oniru for 250k,1 year rent.tiled,share's conviniency with 3 other clean tenant's,compound is serene and bungalow built as a backdrop.

I also have a normal single room at lugard ave,Ikoyi for 170k,1 year rent.share's conviniency with four other tenant's.

A miniflat sublet at parkview estate,Ikoyi,1 year four month's left.rent:830k.

Act fast should you want any of these;they don't sit around for long.
