Covid-19 is not malaria it's a virus and can be transferred through anything

spraying chemicals on roads is better than targeting places that those with corona virus might have actually touched

Don't forget the purpose of the fumigation is not kill mosquitoes but disinfect objects e.g. door nobs, public chairs etc that someone with corona virus might have actually touched.
