The popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele and her husband have been sentenced to 14 days community service for flouting the order of social distancing in the State.

Recall that Akindele held birthday party for her husband in her house amidst Coronavirus pandemic.

She and her husband were arrested and sentenced to 14 days community service by Lagos Court.



Naira Marley and others were also arrested in connection to the said birthday party.

Recall also that a Mosque in Agege Lagos conducted service for Muslim faithfuls and according to the story Lagos task force were attacked by people who came for the prayers.

Recall also that Bishop Oyedepo too was caught doing Sunday service during the lock down order.

Lagosians are now reacting that the government of Lagos State should extend the same measure used for Funke Akindele to pastors and Imams who disobeyed the lock down order.

No, they are afraid of Muslims, but when it comes to chrstianity, the demons and witches among them would rise up.

I wish I was a pastor, let me see the devilish governor or Fulani president that would tell me to lock my church.

Islam is not so peaceful a religion. you can't stop their prayers and it will end without violence. They burnt a police station up north because their leader was arrested.

Even if na adeboye or oyedepo, they should jail then also.

I prefer a state of lawlessness and anarchy, than a system of selective application of the law. It is unacceptable and intolerable.

If the law will not apply equally to everyone, then let us all set the stupid law aside and go crazy. Using someone as a scapegoat while others contravene same laws with impunity is the height of injustice.

It's ok, for anyone found breaking the law should be jailed. There is nothing like not arresting Moslem worshippers so as not to cause break down of law.
