Op you are confused or mistaken.seems you dont know what looting is.looting is simply to steal for yourself.the finance minister specifically stated that the 150 million dollars will be used to augment monthly revenue distribution among fg,states and lgas.majority or almost all part of this money will go into payment of salaries since undertaking projects will be difficult at this period.can you tell me where the looting is?

Dont forget that savings by past administration will always be used by succeeding administrations.do you save endlessly? What is the main purpose of saving? Should salary payment suffer at this dire period?
