Residents of Asa Local Government area of Kwara state have taken to the Social media to air their resentment and extreme disappointment at the state government over the ridiculously small palliative given to them.

In a two minutes plus video circulating online, a resident of the Local Government can be heard, speaking sarcastically in Yoruba and berating the state government. The man, though unseen, emphasized that, every house owner in Asa were gathered at the village chief's house and were unfortunately handed a few cups of rice.
