I checked some nairaland threads and also a couple of videos, I was amazed to see where you cook the tomatoes and other ingredients at the same time as the yam. Usually, in my opinion, you make a sauce first (like with jollof rice), then add the yam. Are the two methods tribally based? 1 Like |
