A government that cannot finish sharing over 7 million voter cards in two years but shared #5.2bn in 72hours to the poor..... Are we not serving a living god?

Did they actually spend a dim on sms? If yes, the news is true. I see no reason why MTN will unleash 300 free sms to individuals and the NCDC That needs it is spending fortune for it. Corrupt ass

Another illiterate. NCDC said the networks do it for free as part of support to fight COVID-19.

Even when it's boldly written they still didn't see.

It is the work of our Igbo brothers on NL.
If you watch closely they won't post Ikpeazu n his 1 wrap of Eba n ofe nsala pix but will be fast to post Sanwoolu's bread. They also won't post what any individuals got as palliative in their state because they will get nothing, they are happy to just share pix of the warehoused food, sharing no de reach them.

NASS to FGN yesterday:

"You will have to explain how you distributed 2 Trillion Naira to the poor. We need names, how you arrived at your database, we need the demographic spread"

Finance minister :

"We have this records, it's with the Accountant General"

9 (nine) hours later the office of the Accountant General engulfed by fire... Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Ncdc should not mind the useless unpatriotic elements.

If Airtel and the likes can give 10 free SMS a day why is it not possible to send those messages free? In fact part of the ring tone is a 30 second message about covid which is also free

Meanwhile, watch the interesting story of how Davido turned a poor Hausa Okada Rider into a Multi Millionaire now called Father DMW.

The Truth About NCDC Spending 1 Billion Naira On SMS To Nigerians

It appears that fake news peddlers will stop at nothing to undermine the fight against the coronavirus from the fake 5G conspiracy theory spread by educated illiterates to baseless assertion that Africans cannot the killed by the virus due to melanin and the hot temperature on the African continent.

Why it is true that politicians across board are sharing billions to imaginary citizens and ghosts the aim of these fake news peddlers is to divert the anger of Nigerians to the Nigerian center for disease control which has till this moment done a fantastic job in collaboration with health workers across Nigeria to keep the Country safe.

The News that NCDC has spent one Billion in sending text messages to Nigerians is FAKE! The center via its verified twitter handle has stated as follows "The headline claiming that NCDC has spent N1 billion on SMS to Nigerians is FALSE

While communication through SMS is a key part of our #COVID19 response strategy, this has been largely provided as in-kind support by @AirtelNigeria @MTNNG @GloWorld

#TakeResponsibility"

During this pandemic let's do all to support NCDC and healthcare workers who are risking their lives and the well-being of the families to rid the nation of Covid 19.

Avoid spreading fake and unverified news on the pandemic, stay safe, keep washing your hands , maintain a safe social distance & hygiene. In the end we will overcome!

As a nation we still don't know the extent of damage covid- 19 can do

In newyork, they were packing dead people on a shelf inside a refrigerated trailer like you arrange goods on a shelf in a supermarket.

Now is not the time to distract NCDC.

How do you expect them to work effectively when the time they are supposed to combating covid 19 is used to counter fake news.

Fake news only spread because we spread it.
But because of politics , tribalism, religious bias, we are quick to spread it .
