How can you be building state of the art hospitals in one of the dirtiest cities in Nigeria? Most parts of Anambra are a total eyesore... Upper Iweka, Fegge, Okpoko and environs ... Before someone accuses me of being a Yoruba or an APC member. I'm totally neutral and detribalized.

Seeing that that area is the first place you noticed immediately you pass the Niger Bridge gives the whole city of Onitsha a negative perception. Inasmuch as the hospital project is appreciated, focus more on environmental sanitation and slum upgrading rather than white elephant projects ... The little steps you take in safeguarding the health of people over there will tell a lot whether your world class hospital is really a necessity in the first place. Those places are a total eyesore. Thanks!!!
