The Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning has said that no fund was lost in the fire outbreak that occured at the office of the Accountant General of Nigeria in Abuja two days ago.

There have been insinuations that the fire destroyed monies donated to provide relief during the Coronavirus pandemic. The Ministry of Finance took to Twitter to dismiss the claim. See the tweet below

Yes, no money was lost. But the documents that has the log of how y´ll thoroughly distributed the money to the citizens was totally damaged, isn´t.

Dumb motherfuckers burnt don´t the building to cover the ill usage of the fund.
