She posted a picture of her baby boy who said claimed she gave birth to on the 3rd of April, 2020. Halima posted a picture of a cute baby hand holding tight to the finger of the mother. The picture looks so adorable and cute, the uniqueness of the child-mother bond is so special that many people immediately started to send in congratulatory messages to her. People adored the cuteness of her child including many celebrities.

But a certain American- based lady replied her tweet by saying that Halima just made them popular in another country. She claimed the baby in the picture is not Halima’s but hers. Ahhhh! Many people couldn’t contend with this fact and soon began to drag her calling her a thief.

A colleague of hers, Etinosa Idimudia, took to her own page to post her opinion on the issue. She dragged Halima further by questioning the rationale behind her stealing of another’s child. She asked if it is as a result of peer or family pressure.

“How can you steal another’s baby and upload it as yours OMG!!

Things are getting really serious. Is it peer pressure? Family pressure

Oh my God this is not a laughing matter oh.

The desperation to look successful and or productive . Kai. Mehn!

Let’s all just protect our mental health.

This life no be competition”

Etinosa dragged her for being desperate to showcase her success or productivity. She advised her to calm down because life is not a competition. But Halima replied by asking her never to talk about her. She told Etinosa to come and see her baby and to stop saying nonsense. Halima expressed gratitude that she hasd deleted the post and told her never to judge her because she has never judged her wayward life.

She backed up her claims with the real picture of her baby looking really fragile but without his face. She also attached the video of herself rubbing her baby bump.

So Etinosa lives a wayward life! Hmmmmmmm

To clarify the controversy, Halima apologized to the woman. She said it was all a misunderstanding that she never claimed the baby in the photo but only used the photo to announce the arrival of her baby. But that many Nigerians got it all wrong thinking the exact baby in the picture is hers. The actress has currently deleted the picture.

She backed up her claims with the real picture of her baby looking really fragile but without his face. She also attached the video of herself rubbing her baby bump.

Do you believe her story?

Is she actually a thief?

Was the issue taken too far and personal?
