Let's make nairaland scam free.... We need genuine escrows that could handle transactions of less than $100. And also dedicated moderators for transactions above $100. This should be a voluntary cause please. Else we end up turning out belove nairaland to a den of scammers and thieves. Just my Lil suggestion. |

I'm pretty sure there are legit and straight forward people on this nairaland that can carry out this task effectively. Though they might be busy most times. We really need volunteers as escrows. The scammers are taking over this land. |

If this was Reddit the administrators will come up with a form of cryptocurrency, no different from what Facebook was planning. Nigeria is still stuck in the stone age where we blame the government for every and anything. I blame the Nigerian government for not creating escrow services for Nairaland. As a foremost Indigenous online forum, Nairaland should be a place that is projected to be one of the safest sites to carry out business without fears or doubts. On this Land, we have verious e-currency venders that could save us from this mess If people continue to loose loose trust on doing business here, then I'll be sorry for this largest African forum. I'm so pained daily when I see scam threads. Let's kill the scam or this scammers will kill this Land. |
