2million naira Investor/Investors needed for a revolutionary Investment
I have been working on a revolutionary idea for sometime now in the area of online/offline dating/Escort/Meetups that I believe will be a success in the long run.
It is similar to Inmessage, Michat, Badoo, Coderuns etc, that’s for those who are familiar with those platforms.
My idea is similar to those listed up there but with a twist. This twist is the major selling point with the needed competitive edge to survive in this almost saturated market.
Originally, I intended to raise the fund myself but it will take awhile. By my calculations that will be around this time next year. The idea is will still be valid then anyways ‘cos its evergreen.
But waiting for that time is a long haul especially when it is possible to bring in investors who have the financial muscle to push it through.
Therefore I present this opportunity to the public for an Investor or group of Investors(not more than 4 individuals tho) willing to fund this project for a stake in this start-up company.
Like minded, flexible, and Honest investors are welcomed because he/they will be involved in forming the foundation and the gradual buildup of this company.
The quoted cost for the design & Hosting of the web and App collected from a reputable development company is 1.2M ‘cos of its intended UI & Seamless transition state. While its SEO optimization and Consistent advertising/marketing deliveries will cost roughly 800k for a 6 months- 10 months duration before it becomes self-reliant(We will already be making good income even before this period). Thereby bringing the total cost to 2M.
The model for this project is already out there in different variants, but we only need to focus on our own particular variant (my idea) and putting the nitty-gritty into design.
Therefore if you know that the owners of these currently existing platforms makes a lot of money while meeting a need, then you should know that this project is worth it.
This project is a universal project I.e for all countries of the world but the pilot phase will be starting with Nigeria, before it gets introduced to other countries and continents gradually.
The moratorium period will be three (3) months from the forming of our team to opening our ‘doors' for business.

Holistically, I am looking at users from 10s, to 100s of paid subscribers from the testing phase, to thousands later on as we begin to penetrate.

- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPERS/PROGRAMMERS AS PARTNERS
Professional web & App developers, programmers can indicate interest too as partners for this project, that will come in handy as it will take off a huge portion of the development costs. But there are dire criterion that must be met by any intending programmer/developer.
Eligibility criteria includes;
1. I will be dealing directly only with a registered company, rather than an individual.
2. If you are an individual but have registered your company, then you are welcomed.
3. A physical office address is a must (This will be verified).
4. Minimum history of at least six (6) jobs done for clients with links to those jobs i.e. three(3) websites and three (3) Apps
5. Be happy to Exchange company details and personal information during the signing of contract papers and nondisclosure NDA agreements. (Remember that these details will be verified first before putting pen to paper).
6. Availability to regular and effective communication through channels such as texts, calls, video calls, video conference meetings, and physical meetings(only when extremely necessary)
*CAVEAT: I won’t divulge my twist to any intending Investor or partner until the cash is released and the contract papers signed. What you are investing in is a dating/escort/meet up platform. My twist is just to enable the platform make good fortune.
Also an Investor will bear the cost if I have to travel to meet up an ‘intending' Investor for an initial meeting.
