Hmmm....our dear president just confirmed additional one million Nigerians to benefit from palliative...

How would this be....i hope they realise that they are locking us down for additional 14days. vulnerable people are no longer old and disabled oooo....most Nigerians are becoming vulnerable psychologically....

That is the problem with our government. They hardly talk in specifics....

Like you said, one million homes.... mathematically, at least a person....which can still result to one million persons....but if i go with your interpretation....."depending on factor(s)...." It could mean more than one......

This by implication could be more than one million persons. How then can adequate provision be made if government is not working with exact figures?
